This initiative is designed to provide a critical evaluation of the present state, inherent limitations, prospective directions, and key challenges in the rapidly advancing field of sensing. The primary objective of the conference is to bring together a distinguished and varied group of scientists dedicated to the development and application of sensing technologies. Participation in this workshop will be by invitation, thereby fostering a focused and high-level exchange of scientific ideas.

Guidelines

All the speakers (invited and oral) are requested to submit their
abstract by 5th March, 2026 and upload their PowerPoint presentations
well before (during session breaks).

Invited talks :

The invited talks will be of 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of
Q&A.

Oral talks :

The oral talks will be of 18 minutes, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A.

Poster presentation :

Your poster should have the following dimensions:

Poster size : A1 Size 23.4 inches (59.4 cm) wide x 33.1
inches (84.1 cm) high.

Accommodation

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be available in Tosali Sands, Puri (for Research Scholars / Postdoctoral Fellows) on a double occupancy basis.
All invited speakers will be accommodated in Tosali Sands, Puri on a single occupancy basis.

Arrival:
Please plan to arrive at the hotel on 14th March 2026. Check-in will be available from the morning onwards.

Check-out:
The check-out time from the hotel will be at 9:00 AM on 16th March 2026.
