Research Interests: Polymer, DNA, Soft-condensed matter, Statistical Mechanics.

We perform Monte Carlo simulations of lattice based models of polymer and DNA. In MC we use an state of the art algorithm called PERM, which can generate long equilibrium configurations efficiently, through successive cloning and pruning approach. We also use an extension of the algorithm known as flatPERM, which performs stochastic enumeration of the number of configurations for a fixed set of parameter/s.
