Shri K. Padmanabhan assumes charge as OSD at IOP

Shri K. Padmanabhan, Chief Administrative Officer, Nuclear Recycle Board(NRB), Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai has been deputed by the Department of Atomic Energy, Mumbai as Officer on Special Duty(OSD) at the Institute of Physics (IoP), Bhubaneswar to discharge the functions of Registrar, IoP until further orders in addition to his duties in NRB. Shri Padmanabhan assumed charge as OSD in the Institute on 04.02.2013 (AN). He has varied experience of over 3 decades in the DAE/Units in different capacities as Stenographer, Senior Personal Assistant, Section Officer, Under Secretary, OSD, Administrative Officer, Dy. Establishment Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. He had done his BA(Political Science) and LLB from the University of Mumbai. He also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Labour Laws and Diploma in Labour Welfare.
